Michael Schauß - Managing Partner

Over 15 years international experience in telecommunications (3U TELECOM, riodata, First Telecom) and distribution / logistics (RS Components, UPS).

Since 2004 in the 3U group, the graduate in business management is responsible for marketing, product management, customer service and for the entire call-by-call business of the other 3U group members with a focus on marketing and pricing, most recently Head of Marketing & Product Management at 3U TELECOM GmbH. He has extensive experience in the creation, development and redevelopment of businesses and construction, optimization and restructuring of sales team. Turnover and profit responsibility in the high 8-digit range. He is also Managing Director of Selfio GmbH in Bad Honnef and Triast GmbH, Switzerland.

Uwe Braun - Managing Partner
Over 20 years international experience in telecommunications (3U TELECOM, Atlantic Telecom, First Telecom), software (Aspect Communications, LHS) and in the financial services sector (BfG bank, Santander VISA Card Services).

Since 2005, in the 3U group responsible for sales and the successful establishment of the wholesale and value added services. Most recently, Director of Wholesale at 3U TELECOM GmbH He has extensive experience in founding, development, sale and reorganization of enterprises and construction, optimization and restructuring of sales team. Turnover and profit responsibility in the high 8-digit range. He also held the position of Managing Director of SPIDER Telecom GmbH and 3U MOBILE GmbH.
