Michael Schauß - Managing Director
Over 17 years international experience in telecommunications (3U TELECOM, riodata, First Telecom) and distribution / logistics (RS Components, UPS).

Since 2004 in the 3U group, the graduate in business management is responsible for marketing, product management, customer service and for the entire call-by-call business of the other 3U group members with a focus on marketing and pricing, most recently Head of Marketing & Product Management at 3U TELECOM GmbH. He has extensive experience in the creation, development and redevelopment of businesses and construction, optimization and restructuring of sales team. Turnover and profit responsibility in the high 8-digit range. He is also Managing Director of Selfio GmbH in Linz am Rhein and Triast GmbH, Switzerland.

Michael Schmidt - Managing Director
Michael Schmidt studied communications engineering at the Technical University of Giessen. After graduating with a degree in engineering, he began his career as an independent businessman working in telecommunications and IT. In 1997 he became one of the founders of 3U Telecom GmbH and was the company's technology director until 2002. That same year he was appointed to the Board of 3U HOLDING AG (formerly 3U TELECOM AG) and is main shareholder of the company.
